1. For organization/institution group visit, please complete the reservation application 2 weeks before the scheduled date of visit (If it is the case of personal visit or donation itinerary, you are welcome to arrive at CMCH between 8:30-17:00; it is not required to fill the application form).
2. If there is a plan for a group activity, please attach the activity plan and complete the reservation application 30 days in advance.
